21 Bottles Recycled = Matt And Nat

One of the purveyors of sustainable, vegan fashion is Canadian designer, Matt and Nat. Since 1995, founder and creative director Inder Bedi, has been an inspiration to the world of fashion by crafting uniquely designed products (specifically his line of handbags), in a socially responsible way. Each product contains at least one recycled element and the linings of the bags are made with at least 21 recycled plastic bottles.

Matt and Nat's women's collection is modern vintage inspired. The handbag colors are understated and adorned with beads and metal ornaments and have a smooth texture (I own a few myself and just love the way they feel to the touch!) For the gentlemen, Matt and Nat's men's line has introduced new colors like khaki and plaid and offer laptop carriers, messengers, and overnight bags. Definitely worth checking out!

Matt and Nat have a ton of new arrivals and you can click on their "Gift Finder" on their website mattandnat.com to help you find the perfect bag for the Matt and Nat lover on your shopping list.

Here are some select products from Matt and Nat's latest collection.

This denim handbag (Laroux) is made with 100% recycled tan faux suede lining with antique brass hardware detail. It comes in blue, black, and light blue.

This Hendrix bag is also made from denim and with 100% recycled cream faux suede lining, beautiful tone on tone stitching, and antique brass hardware. What I love about this bag is that it comes with a detachable shoulder strap and wristlet. It also comes in blue, light blue, and black.
This Berlin nickel vegan leather metallic clutch is just what I need to add to my Matt and Nat collection. This handbag also features tone on tone stitching, is made with 100% recycled bottles, and comes with a detachable shoulder strap chain.
