Lately, faux fur is everywhere, and even big name designers and design houses like Anna Sui, Chanel and Gucci, are incorporating faux fur into their collections. Whether this is due to the versatility of faux fur, environmental consciousness, or a response to customer demand, this trend is on the rise and showing no signs of slowing down. I recently got into the faux fur frenzy and purchased ear-muffs and a scarf. Not only are they impenetrable to the cold, they also have the luxurious look and feel of fur.
Textures and shades used to look noticeably fake, but these days, one can barely tell the difference between real and faux fur. Can you spot which of these black vests is real and which is faux fur?
