Knots Landing

It was only a matter of time.  With 70s style influences appearing in footwear, apparel, sunglasses and even hairstyles, I was not at all surprised to see knotted shirts making quite the comeback this spring.  Popularized by celebs like Kristen Stewart and Jessica Alba, more and more girls are knotting their t-shirts and button-up shirts this season.  At first I was skeptical and thought that this look, along with neon stripped spandex biking shorts, was best kept in the past...you know, in the “Fashion Dark Ages.”  I’ve got to say though, when executed properly, knotted shirts are actually quite cute!  Of course I’m determined to work in a few ab crunches before trying this style!
